Athlete Data and other content uploaded by schools will be retained for as long as the school maintains an active account, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Schools using the Service are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from parents or guardians before uploading student athlete information, in compliance with applicable laws including FERPA and COPPA.
